Great response here.<br /><br />It's one big leap to conclude that "we're all basically Christian" from Christianity's role in the decline of gladiatorial bloodsports. I suppose it's a hyperbolic statement. The fully-fleshed-out apologetic would be, I reckon, a cumulative case for the superiority of Christian civilisation, of which the gladiator thing serves as a fine example. Major part of that initiative will be critiquing alternatives. The main thing David Wood does in his videos nowadays is critiquing one of them, namely Islam.<br /><br />(I recently fixed some errors - a missing year! - in this <a href="http://mentalconflux.com/ip" rel="nofollow">big ol list</a>. My process is partly automated, partly manual. Ideally, sensible blog software would generate its own complete list automatically.
